1. The Service
BAZA is a software platform that helps real estate professionals manage listings, clients, collections, and related workflows. Features may change as the product evolves.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into agreements to use BAZA. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. User Data & Content
You retain ownership of all data and content you add to BAZA. You represent that you have the necessary rights and legal basis to collect, store, and process any data you upload — including personal data of third parties such as your clients. BAZA is not responsible for the legality of data you choose to process through the Service.
5. AI Features
BAZA may offer AI-powered features that generate descriptions, summaries, drafts, or other content. AI outputs are provided for convenience and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. They do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or any other form of advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing any AI-generated content before use.
6. Public Sharing
You may create public links to share collections or other content with third parties. You are solely responsible for the content you make publicly accessible and for ensuring it does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use BAZA to:
- violate any applicable law or regulation
- upload data you do not have the right to process
- infringe on the rights of others
- distribute malicious software
- attempt to interfere with the operation of the Service
8. Service Availability
BAZA is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or the Service with or without notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BAZA and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for BAZA in the twelve months preceding the claim, or fifty US dollars (USD $50), whichever is greater.
10. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to BAZA at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms or if required by law. You may delete your account at any time through the app. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use of BAZA after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which BAZA operates. The specific governing jurisdiction will be determined and published before or at the time of the official launch.
